Full Job Description

Teachers To Go is looking for an experienced elementary teacher to tutor all subjects in-person for a 9 year old boy in 4th grade at his home in Colorado Springs, CO 80920. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a part-time tutoring position Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings from 8:30-10:30am that pays $50/hour.

BA and a minimum of one year professional elementary classroom teaching experience is required, teacher certification is preferred. Ability to also speak and tutor Spanish is a plus. Teacher must be able and willing to tutor the student in all 4th grade subjects using his Journey K8 school curriculum. Must also be a good communicator who will collaborate and update parents.

Looking for a teacher who is patient, fun, encouraging and motivating, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Teacher must be comfortable tutoring remotely during the aforementioned hours whenever the family is out of town. (The family requires in-person when they are home, but they are out of town roughly 1/4 of the time.)
